These terms are a plain-language draft, pending formal legal review. They describe how the service works today, but they are not yet final legal text.

The service

Gifted helps you remember occasions and find gift ideas for the people you care about. Gift suggestions are generated with the help of AI and are ideas, not guarantees — you review and make every purchase decision yourself, and purchases happen with third-party retailers under their own terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the information you add. Only add details about other people (recipients) that you are comfortable storing on their behalf.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping, and no using Gifted to store unlawful content or to harass others.

Changes and termination

You can stop using Gifted and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may update these terms as the product evolves and will post the current version on this page.
